Home Inspection Course

A home is more than just four walls, a roof, and a floor. A home consists of many vital systems or components. These include the electrical system, foundation, flooring, wall coverings, plumbing, doors, windows, heating, air conditioning, water source, subflooring, septic system (in private residences), patios, decks, driveways, and walkways. Depending on the type of home, yours may have even more systems such as a solar power system or home security system.

Maintenance is not a pain in the neck. It’s preventive medicine. If you maintain your home’s systems, they’ll last longer. If you know the condition of your hot water heater, you probably won’t need to worry about paying a plumber $450 an hour because it died on Christmas Day.

As the homeowner, you should be intimately aware of every aspect of your home. Let’s inspect your home!
