Computer Courses

Your goal dictates the type of computer course you should take.

Introduction To Computers or Computer Science is a course for people with little or no prior computer knowledge. It will teach basics moving slowly toward more advanced topics. The primary learning technique will be tutorial examples since they facilitate learning more effectively. There will be adequate theory prior to and explaining the examples so the user learns what the computer is doing instead of just memorizing keystrokes and mouse clicks.

Some people would rather buy a new computer than invest a few bucks in repairing and upgrading their existing one. To them it’s “out with the old and in with the new.” Other people believe in saving money and fixing what they have.
