City drivers use their horns as frequent means of communicating with other drivers.  Most of us rarely ever use the horn.

During your routine vehicle inspection, blow the horn to make sure it works. You don’t want to wait until an 18-wheeler is heading straight toward you to find out the horn isn’t working.
